What happened to Croen & Barr LLP? After more than 18 years as partners, we are transitioning to a less formal and more flexible business relationship that better suits our needs as each of us pursues the practice of law and our special projects and interests.
As changes go, this one is more modest than radical. While we will now have formally separate law practices, we will serve as “Of Counsel” to each other. As "of counsel," we each will be available for consultation and we will be available to work together on individual matters, as dictated by our client's needs. We will occupy adjacent offices on the 18th floor of the 250 Plaza Building--the building in which we have practiced since 1993. Julia Avrunina, our assistant, will continue to serve both our practices. Dorothy Protz will also work with us on a part-time basis.
